IFLA’s Committee on Copyright and other Legal Matters (CLM) will look, in its WLIC 2016 session, at recent, ongoing and upcoming copyright reforms around the world, under the title Copyright Matters. In the context of ongoing discussions at WIPO on an international treaty, and diverse national responses to the challenges to existing rules posed by digitisation and globalisation, this session will provide an opportunity to look at how rules around copyright exceptions and limitations for libraries are changing.

Further details will appear in due course. For more information about WLIC 2016, see the dedicated website.
